Working at a fruit and veg farm since mid 2014 has completely changed my outlook on fresh food. I now try to eat seasonably and avoid buying food which has been flown in, where possible.
I love styling my home with vintage items and one of the most satisfying places to source them from is the humble charity shop. I was really pleased to discover pop up charity shop, Rasmachaz on Stroud’s High Street a couple of weeks ago. It’s a treasure trove of high quality vintage bits and bobs, among lots of other things.
